Engine hesitating at certain speeds 89' 244 DL n/a 200

Hey everyone,

I've noticed recently that between about 20-30mph'ish when accelerating the engine is holing back. Like I will be accelerating and as soon as I hit that speed interval it feels like the engine isnt getting as much gas or something. But as soon as I get past about 30mph the it kicks right back in as fast as before.

The only thing I've done to the engine recently was replace the spark plugs. I did that last week, I replaced them with Platinum tipped Bosche plugs. I know now I should have gotten NGK copper ones and I might change that soon. But truthfully I don't think that would be why, I'm pretty sure my engine was acting like this before I replaced the plugs.

Also I read somewhere it's a pretty idea to clean the Throttle Body at about 90k. I am about to rollover to 89,500 miles. So maybe this would solve the problem? Thing is I have no idea how to clean the throttle body let alone where it is. Any guides out there?

Oh one other question I had was, what is normal idle for a car like mine? Is 700-900RPM normal at idle?

Thanks in advance!
Trevor
