Should I Pitch the 'scan tech' t-belt seals & tensioner ? 900

I am getting ready to do timing belt and have read that scan tech seals
are not the best. true? should I pitch them and use OEM or?? I have seen
posts here recently slamming scan tech replacement parts, the scan tech
timing belt tensioner says "made in germany" is this garbage or maybe OK?

I am using conti belt, never had problem with conti belts. I know thats OK.
