Fuel Pump Madness! new FP relay is buzzing and car won't run. 200

After several days and weeks repairing an automatic 240 dl wagon, I finally got her to start today. I put everything back together and now she wont' start. For some reason i don't think it's getting any fuel. The fuel pump relay is buzzing and i don't know what in the world is going on. The engine cranks but won't turn over now. Anyone have any ideas?
Any help is very much appreciated.
