Diagnostic Gremlins/Ck. Engine Light 200 1992

Hoping for some help. Posted a few days ago concerning a ck eng. light on with a code of 2-1-2 which indicates a bad o2 sensor. I replaced the sensor with the proper Bosch part, cleared the fault code according to the Bentley bible, no problem for 2 days. Light came back on this morning after the drive home from work, approx. 25 miles. The code again 2-1-2. Anyone have any thoughts suggestions concerning other problems that might cause/ contribute to this fault code? Thanks.
