How to Compression Test B21F? 200 1980

In the process of buying an '80 242GT...the car isn't local so I'm trying to learn more about the B21F before I see the car.

Have done compression tests on a B230F with the pulsed injection but am wondering how to do so on the B21F with mechanical (CIS?) injection. On the pulsed injectors you can just disconnect the wiring harness from the injectors so they don't fire...but how do you cut off the fuel injection to the K-Jet injectors?

Also, I've seen pictures of the 240 Turbo engines and it has the CIS "air measuring plate" (whatever it's called) on the passenger side front fender. How exactly does the B21F in the GT measure it's air/fuel ratio?

Thanks,
Bean
