Just a heads up on the plastic shield that covers the inlet to the blower motor.Be sure to reseal that piece with RTV or a similar sealant on the lip below the windshield as water can find it's way under the lower windshied trim and run directly into the inlet if the shield is not resealed. There is a notch in the shield for a piece that locates the glass that lines up perfectly with the inlet, be sure this notch is well sealed.
I had already resealed the inlet deflector (funnel shaped piece), checked the sunroof drains, evaporator drain, cleared the rocker panel drains, resealed the plastic D-shaped vent block-off before I realized that the cowl/windshield joint could also be a source of water leaks.
This may not be new info but I didn't find it in FAQ's.
