I am tackling the brakes on a 1964 544 that I got a couple of years that has been sitting unused for about 15 years. Looks like I will have to replace the front hoses (back one seems ok). My question is how do you open and close those front bleed values when bleeding out the air. They are too short to get a wrench on it at the same time has I have a tube on it. Is there some special wrench for those front bleed valves? Do people replace these stock ones with longer bleed valves?
