New Cylinder head sources 700

hi guys,

My dads 740GL estate (B230K) needs a new head, only, i can't find anywhere in the UK that will supply me one complete ready to bolt on. Does anyone know of anywhere (preferably in the UK) that will supply me one???

If not, what do I need to replace on the old one, if i change the cam, will i need new shims, and new tappets, and where can I get these from??

any help much appreciated
