Brake Light Problem Resolved... Newer, Bigger Problem 200 1984

Thanks for all your help with the brake lights, guys... I was diagnosing the problem, and happened to unplug the connector off the back of the lamp, and noticed the light lit up! (I had a jack handle wedged between the pedal and the driver's seat) Turns out the connectors were on too far... Very odd. So I tugged on both of them a little, and they both seem to work now. Ok, that problem solved.

Anyway, I adjusted my idle and a few other little tweaks and decided to take a ride around the block. I was accelerating hard and working it through the gears. As I turned a corner, I laid back on the gas and BANG! Sounded something like a backfire. The engine stuttered a little, but then seemed fine. I pulled back in the driveway and noticed a small trail of really black oil. I popped the hood, and noticed a little puddle of oil right under the pan. Seems to be coming from right under intake manifold. I restarted the engine and checked for flowing leaks, but I don't see anything pouring out or squirting. Where could this be coming from? Any clues?
