Noisy crank/AC pulley does it have to be adjusted or replaced or what 200 1991

It screeches when started and also when A/C is initially started (until engine warms up). I've changed all other belts so I'm wondering if the sound is coming straight from the pulley itself and if so, if I need to replace it.
