Anyone install the ipd side markers on an S/V90??? Will they work? S90-V90

I am tempted to get these and I assume they will go in a hole that is under the Volvo emblem on the front fenders of my V90? How long does the install take? Easy to find the hook-up points, etc??

Do they blink with the turn signal or only come on with the parking lights, or both? Having them do both would seem to be the most useful.
