1979 242 still hesitating after fuel filter and injector change. Whazup?

I have replaced all four injectors and the fuel filter on my 1979 volvo 242. It still hesitates at acceleration. What is the next logical step? Once it get evened out on a drive it seems to do fine. I need input!!!!!!!!
