Parts brands 101 - need some edjumacatin

Would like some experienced opinions on what brands of the following parts to purchase for B230F non-turbo engines:

Plug wires? ... metal ends or rubber?

Thermostat?

Oil Filter?

Air Filter?

Fuel Filter?

Engine seals?

Drivebelts?
