Power steering fluid mess 200 1987

Hi all,

no matter how hard I've tried to tighten the cap on the power steering resevoir, it always seems to leak out fluid. Is there a rubber gasket that goes below the cap too keep the fluid in?

Or should i just take it easier in the turns and hope the fluid doesn't slosh around too much in there? ;)
