Dry compression vs. wet compression should the numbers differ? 900

I have a 1997 960 Performed dry compression test with newly replaced valves and recorded these numbers:
Dry:
Cyl 1 = 185 psi
Cyl 2 = 180
Cyl 3 = 175
Cyl 4 = 125
Cyl 5 = 125
Cyl 6 = 175

Performed wet test w/ oil here are the numbers:
Cyl 1 = 275 psi
Cyl 2 = 275
Cyl 3 = 275
Cyl 4 = 275
Cyl 5 = 275
Cyl 6 = 275

Does this mean the compression rings are shot? I suspect the car was run hot and this is why I am getting these numbers. Is it normal for the numbers to jump up 100 psi during a wet test?
