Replacing Recirc Servo 900 1995

I've already replaced the dual action servo a month ago, only to find now that the recirculation servo is also bad in my 95 960. What is the procedure to replace the recirc servo...looks like there is no room to get it out between the recirc box and the firewall. Is it possible to remove only the recirc section (including the servo and recirc flap) of the ACC unit?
