Another Question About By-passing Turbo 700

Asked by my friend who is working on it:

...but because it is a oil-cooled turbo and has 2 oil lines running thru it, he said the oil leaks into the exhaust. He needs to find out how to shut off or
redirect the 2 oil rings that run thru the charger.
