coolan leak update 700 1992

Hi all.


There is a coolant leak.What i did was drive around the block a few times after the car warmed up then parked in the alley,raise the hood and the splash pan was wet with coolant.There's ahole at the bottom of the splash pan and the was coolant right there.Not enough to produce a drop on the ground as i watched but it seemed like it was spraying under pressure(while i was driving i think). i did not pull out my 3.5 ton jack or ramps because it is late now but tomorrow i will get up under there when i get home from work. Can't really tell if it's leaking from a hose down there or the block.Is it possible that this leak is from the water pump? What about the block?
