No start! All warning lights on dash light when key turned...HELP! 700 1989

I have a 1989 740GL and last night it wouldn't start. The lights, radio, blower, etc...work and when I turn the key, all of the dash warning lights come on but the engine does nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
