240 headlight wipers 200

Does anybody here have any experience with 240 headlight wipers? (Esp you Euro light guys). My car is a 1992, so it has the "bubble" headlights.

Wondering about:

1. How EZ to wire up? Just connect to the connecter near the passenger headlight?

2. Most especially, how to mount. The mounting hole is there underneath the headlight, covered by a rubber plug, but just wondering if the mounting points are there too. Does a '92 US 240 have the mounting holes/points already on the car?
Looks like they would be up kind of behind the top of the bumper.
