Low Idle 700 1984

84 760turbo. Found a cracked vaccum hose and replaced. That corrected a rough idle but did not help with low idling. With AC on in gear at stop the car stalls. I've got the screw thingy that's at the throttle body turned all the way out and I get less than 500rpm with AC on in gear. In nuetral it climbs to about 600rpm and doesn't stall. With AC off it seems about normal. Help.
