Durability of 'Bilstein HDs' and 'IPD' lowering coils ? 200 1985

Good evening all,

I am considering a used 245T.

I know that many factors affect the durability of parts.

The 245T is equipped with "Bilstein HDs" and "IPD" lowering springs with 115 k. miles on them. The car has been driven in "ok" manner.

How much more good service may I reasonnably expect from the "Bilstein" and "IPD" parts?
