Loose FAN!!! 1800

The big FAN attached to my water pump (directly in front of the radiator)is rattling A LOT and is loose. It doesn't appear to be the four nuts attaching the fan itself, but the whole unit...

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET THIS TIGHTENED UP?

It's causing a pretty harsh sound when I'm idling.
