i have posted a problem with my 1987 volvo 240 about two weeks ago. the problem with it is that it was popping the 25 amp in-line fuseas soon i cranked the engine. so far i have changed the ecu, the fuel pump relay and checked the wiring to the from the in-line fuse to the fuel pump relay connector. there is no short(no damaged insulation). i was thinking that it may be my main fuel pump shorting out. my question it that, does the main fuel pump goes through fuse #6 in the fuse panel? if it does, that fuse does not blow and also does the wiring to the main fuel pump goes from the fuel pump relay through the inside of the car under the back seat through a hole to the pump and if so, is the back seat removeable?
