Brake Proportioning valve 200 1980

My original brake proportioning valve was leaking so I bought a new one from FCP and put it on. Now that I have filled the system with brake fluid, the new one also leaks right from the little plastic piece attached to the electrical connector. The hose connections are all tight. Any body know anything about these? thanks.
