intake manifold removal

I am in the process of removing the intake manifold on my 1988 740 turbo as part of my head gasket replacement. I have removed seven nuts and can't see anymore but the manifold won't budge. Are there hidden nuts that I have overlooked? Should I just pull real hard? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
