blown head gasket? 200

noticed a problem with my 1986 volvo 240. there was something like hair(probably fiber glass) clogging my exhaust. i could see some oil dripping out of the head joint near to the water pump. could i really be coming out of the headjoint due to the clogged exhaust?
when i noticed that this stuff was coming out of my exhaust, i called up fcpgroton from i bought the entire exhaust just more than a year before. they told me that the reasonator in the muffler probably damaged and would not replace it though it was not rusted. i am worried of the cost to changed the head joint
