cylinder head removed/now what?

I finally got the cylinder head off my 1988 740t. The gasket was burned through cylinders 1 & 2 and the head itself was worn in the same place. I guess this means I have to find a rebuilt head somewhere, or I could just give up. I couldn't get the camshaft sprocket off, so I pulled it with the head, bringing a piece of the upper timing housing with it. Not a good weekend. What would you guys do at this point?
