No Throttle response-just idle 700

I have no response to the the throttle. Car will start and idle roughly. around 400-600rpm. Pressing accelarator has no affect on engine. I manually opened throttle with engine running. No affect.

Did a lot of work on it and could have banged a connection off, or pinched a hose. (rear main seal replaced).

What would cause the no-response. All the normal things I've worked on in the past would cause it to run better, worse, or not run, but this is perplexing.

any ideas.
