Timing on a '93 B230F w/Regina. 900 1993

Hi,

It's my '93 940 wagon and its B230F w/Rex+Regina. The distributor is on the rear of the engine, driven from the camshaft.

Is the timing on this thing manually adjustable at all?

In any case, what's the proper ignition angle at idle? And is idle *the* condition to measure ignition angle, or should I do it say at 1000RPM or...? Just trying to get some ideas.
