oil usage problems..chapter 10,000 900

ok you all know the history....your all sick of me, my car and the fact its trying single handidly to drain kuwait (probably succeeding!)...well heres the latest...

Im running it around with auto-rx in atthe moment (though how dilute its going to get with the oil use i have is goign to be fun!)...

Oil use is still in the litres per 1000 mile mark....

Due to various experiments i an now CONVINCED its ALL going up the engine breather tube....so I did a few experiments....

1. connect presure guage to dipstick PCV system in full operation, take a little drive....

results

engine at ANY revs, but not Turbo not boosting (i.e. not presurizing manafold)presure is 0 to -1 " vacume

engine at ANY revs but Turbo boosting..dipstick goes up to about 1 psi...but no higher

other interesting point, turbo will boost to 7.5 psi at say 3000 rpm and WOT, but at say 2000 rpm in 5th at 45...(note engine under load) it will only boost to about 1-2psi...then picks up with the revs....

also the amoutn of boost seemed to corrolate to the crank presure NOT the revs at the time....

2. In the drive remove dipstick and blip the engine....vapour STREAMS out of the dipstick tube

3. In the drive remove vent tube form inlet tube and blip the throttle....vapour STREAMS out of the vent tube...

4. Have noticed a slight rattle from the back box...

Info...

car 91 945, 135k, clean pcv, new breather box, no cat, new midbox, new turbo, no smoke at idle, no visible smoke under boost, compression tests ok...

any ideas?????? (could a partially blocked rear box do this???)
