Washer/wiper relay. Where is it? 200 1985

Front windshield washer quit. Hotwired the pump motor, it was dead. Replaced pump, worked for about a week. Quit again, hotwire checks OK now. Read Bently, found there is a relay. But where is it, physically, and how can I recognize it?
