Now that the temp has climbed to close to 100, my start hot start problem on my 745T is quite frequent. It started in june, but happened once in a great while. I started carrying around a jumper wire and multimeter as suggested by my mechanic so when it did happen I could attempt to diagnose it. So saturday night when it happened I connected a wire to the spade terminal where the where the small blue green wire goes on the solenoid, turned the ignition key on, touched the battery with the other end of the wire, and it starts right up. Does this mean it is wiring? I replaced the nuetral safety switch when it failed several months ago. My mechanic has suggested adding a relay that supplies 12v from the battery as my jumper wire does. Car starts fine any other time. Thanks for any input.
