Junkyard Power Stage 900

I am still chasing down the cause of my 93 940T's ignition problems posted earlier this week. I am going to replace the power stage, but would rather not buy new at the moment.

My car shows a Bosch number of MTR03 0227100124. There aren't any 900's in the local junk yard and I am wondering what other models might have the correct
power stage for my car.

I would appreciate any help. AG
