I finished the replacement of my head gasket and took for a test drive after many attempts to adjust the timing to make the clattering sound go away. It is quieter now and runs pretty well but I am still concerned about the timing. I dropped it off at my local independent garage to see if they can get it timed properly. Any ideas on how much I should pay?
