B230FT belts - conflicting info 700 1987

it needs new belts bad. The a/c is long gone, so I need p/s and alt belts.

Conflicting info:

ipd says alt is 1000mm and p/s is 1013mm

fcp groton says both should be 1000

my car currently has both at 1013.

a] what is it really supposed to be?
b] does 13mm really matter that much??
