Still can't get it to run properly.. update on what i've tried 200 1984

I'm back for the weekend, and still want to figure out how to get my car going.

The problem once again.. very poor idle (figure it runs on about 2 cylinders)
The engine is a b21FT (k-jet) out of a 84 244 turbo
What i've tried:
Checked timing belt.. all marks line up
Tried different.. coil.. distributor (with diff cap rotor), ignition modual
I also installed fresh spark plugs, and switched the plug wires around + test resistance to see if they are good.. they all checked ok, and switching everything made no difference in it's running.
I did a compression test, and all cylinders gave very similar readings, so that is good.
I pulled out all the injectors and tested flow, they all flowed the same amount.
Checked all vacuum leaks.. fixed some, still no real difference. (includes new intake manifold gasket throtle body gasket, injectors seals, plus all vacuum lines.
So far that's what i've done. It seems as if # 3 and 4 cylinders are the ones that don't fire properly as they are always cool to touch after it runs for 30+ seconds. I am running out of ideas for what may be wrong, i've tried so much it seems.

SOme things i was guessing at what may be wrong are.. the ECU or main fuel pump. I only guess those because i have no clue what else could be wrong. That's why i am asking here for more suggestions...

Oh and on another note.. the car ran when i pulled it into the garage to change injector seals and manifold gasket. (And i am 100% sure it's not the manifold gasket and the injector seals, i've done wd-40 sprays and i even pulled the intake and injectors out to double check.. it's gotta be something else) i also did some re-wiring, and i know that's correct. I've studied to many digrams. With the harness i used the pressure control regulator had the two wires switched and that gave me fuel pump greif. But is now fixed (did i maybe ruin the fuel pump with all the fuse jumping i did to get it going again?) The car does run, just very poorly. I'm still thinking it's spark however because the timing light gives very poor spark patterns on 3 and 4.
If anyone has any ideas please let me know! I just hate ridding the bus!!
Thanks
Geoff
