CD Changer 'E-02' 900 1995

CD changer works ok until I switch to a radio frequency and then back to CD mode. I get error message E-02. When I check the CD changer in the trunk I have to force the sliding door open because the cartridge has ejected itself and there's a CD stuck inside the player. I've had success in removing the jammed CD by giving it a spin with my finger and the reinserting the cartridge.

Is there a remedy to this or am I looking at a new CD player in the not too distant future?

Thanks Bob for the tip on using a credit card to remove the jammed cartridge.
