16' wheels? 700

I have been looking at later 740 and 940 Turbo wagons on e-bay and really like those 16" wheels. But not all the cars have those wheels, I think they call them Hydra wheels?? How hard are they to come buy and what would I have to pay for a set if I bought a car without them?? Thanks, Bill
