Can someone share with me the knowledge you have regarding dealing with rust seeping out from behind the lower panels along the runner board? I'm sure the panels come off, but what then? I've got some rust I'd like to deal with before the onslaught of winter but don't really know what I am getting into.

Also, once the rust is sanded off, what do you recommend for primer>paint?

What is the Volvo code for a white '90 245 DL?
