960 Radiator Leak 900 1995

My 1995 Volvo 960 Wagon (74000 miles) has a small drip coming from the bottom of the radiator (driver side of car). It seemed to happen in the winter then stop during the spring/summer. Now I am seeing antifreeze spots again in front of the house. Does repairing a leak like this usually involve replacing the radiator? Is it difficult to replace on your own? How much for a dealer replacement?
