Informal quiz: what do you think of your Volvo parts dealer?

I found a Volvo dealer (Neftin Westlake Volvo, near LA) with a parts department that I actually like. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and will special order parts without a deposit! It's near my work, not home, but if I drive sorta fast I can make the round trip during my lunch break.

...And thinking about that, I got curious. How many of you like/dislike your Volvo parts dealers? How many are willing, as I am, to drive some distance to do business with a good one?

Extra credit: How many Volvo parts counters are open Saturday? (Two of the six Volvo dealers within 50 miles from my home have parts departments that are open Saturday. Seems like a largely untapped market to me.)
