Quick Help For A Volvo Newbie! 700

Hey Lads,

Just bought a 1988 Volvo 760 Turbo Wagon.
The turbo itself is seized but I have a line on another one.

The car isn't here and the guy is asking me if the motor is 140 CID 2.3L?
The turbo he has is off a late 87.
The pic he sent me looks like what I have but I can't be absolutely certain.
I am 99% certain that my turbo and his are not Garrett turbos. The only thing on mine is Volvo and I think it was made in Japan?

Is there multiple engines for this car in 88?
And would there be a difference between the turbo on the 87 vs. 88?
Both the donor and my car are 760's.
