H4 wiring adapters...where to purchase OR DIY?? 200

Hey all,
I need to purchase a pair of H4 wiring adapters for my E-codes (currently have wrong bulbs installed...9004s) and wondering where I can pick some up for the conversion? Would an Autozone-type place sell these? I heard that OJ Rallye carries them so that might be my answer. Could this be a do it yourself deal too?
