IAC valve on a an 86 B230F 700

The green manual for the B230F says the IACV used is a 501.
The green manual for the B230FT says the IACV used is a 501 (early type) and a 520 (late type).

My question is, is the 520 IACV ok to use on a B230F?

Can someone help me here?
