Hello, all.

I have a bit of an overdrive issue. I haven't been able to find my exact problem in the FAQ - so I thought I'd throw it out.

On my 244, 4th gear often refuses to engage. The problem is intermittant - if I haven't driven the car for a while, the light doesn't come on. However, on the second or third start, the light comes on and overdrive is off (a system I've always been curious about because it seems backward!). Usually, the light goes off after a few minutes - but the more you stop and start in a day, the more likely the light will stay on.

Any thoughts about these specific symptoms?
