remote car starter install 700

Having trouble installing my remote car starter.I connected everything properly but the thing just flashes my lights and doesnt start my car.Im just wondering if anyone has done this by themselves before and know exactly how to plug the green wire on the main harness of the module.All starter systems have same colour wires.
