I've got new rubber window scrapers for my '68 122 (2-door). But I can't seem to figure out how to remove the old ones and put the new ones in.

Any suggestions? Maybe I'm missing something obvious.

I also have a new rubber seal for the trunk.....suggestions on the best way to put that in as well.
