Wiring for wagon 700 1989

I am installing a cigarette lighter/power point in my wagon, the question is where can I find a wire to tap into that is hot always so it works with the ignition off ?? I really don't want to string one from the fusebox but if I have to how do I do it ? splice ? is there a buss bar ?
