Dash Warning Lights 900 1994

This is my wife's car and instinctivly I knew it was time to change the oil... I only drive the car about once a week to fill it up and I never got a service indicator... I checked my records and it should have lit by now... After checking, I found ALL the Warning Lights out.
Well I was going to explain how all my Dash Warning Lights were not functioning. When I was verifing what was comming on (or not) they all started working again!!! What was comming on was the SRS, Seat Belt, High Beam, Rear Fog and 4th gear disengaged, all the rest were out...

Another electrical problem I been living with is that randomly the SRS Light will not go out and when the light stays on the A/C compressor will not kick on...

I just turned the ignition key on/off about 100 times and the Warning Lights are comming on and the SRS indicator is timing out!!!

Also, while I was verifing what bulbs were or were not comming on, I also do not believe I heard the fuel pump kick on, which would explain why I have sometimes heard my wife starting the car in the garage and taking two attempts.

Does anyone know the common connection here? Is it a grounding problem or perhaps a relay?

Thankx

KEvin
